As head of recruitment and co-founder of Luniko Consulting, Alisa Horanszky helps shape the talent, culture, and strategic direction of our growing organization. Alisa’s expertise in these areas is backed by her competitive career in recruitment and sales, and degree in Human Resources. In her role at Luniko, Alisa ensures our clients are supported by the best and brightest consultants, and – likewise – ensures our consultants are supported by a culture that fosters their ongoing development and success.
At home, Alisa’s passion is being a great mom to her twin boys and creating a life that’s fun, exciting, and full of adventure for their growing minds. She loves to travel to Mexico with her family, including her husband, Yassen Horanszky. Between work, raising her kids, and travelling, Alisa enjoys staying active and getting in touch with her creative side through painting, drawing, and reading.
